Please see what has been programmed so far in the two venues currently included in the village, ie CONWAY HALL and CLEMENT HOUSE. Letslink London is acting as booking agent, and should be approached by phoneon 020-7607-7852 to discuss questions of hire costs and/or donations. Once firm costs have been decided the booking procedure will be clarified. More space may be added if required, so please request even if the spaces appear to be full.

• Existing Programme Heading where your proposal fits, or suggested new Programme Heading

• Summary of Content - full papers may be attached

• Format: eg Performance/ Talk/ Discussion/ Training/ Video/ Poster Display/ Leaflets
• Special facilities required or particular matters you wish to draw to our attention
