Reforming Capital or Replacing It?
A discussion workshop from the Labour Reform Network Project.

Robert Corfe (Labour Reform): "Capital in the Service of the Community:
What kind of society could we build if capital were restricted to productive use? Would it be Capitalist at all?

Rosamund Stock (London School of Economics): "Building Intelligent Democracy":
Complex societies need democracy at the local, regional and national scale.

The Labour Reform Network Project is a initiative to learn from the movements that have led to this social forum. We want to develop a new framework for socialists old and new. Labour Reform is a membership organisation within the Labour Party. What we think of the government will be pretty clear from our workshop!
