ANTI-TERROR, BLACKLIST,
criminalising solidarity, creating an internal enemy
The seminar will exmine how, post-September 11, the US
approach to combating terrorism has come to predominate in the
EU and how anti-terrorist measures have impacted on human rights
standards and the rule of law across Europe, and in particular
on refugee communities and asylum seekers.
